Helen our Fitness Body Instructor popped by this weekend to test the new resistance tubes. Get ready Tuesday evening Legs Bums and Tums crew to firm, tighten and tone now using resistance tubes as part of your workout.
Helen will be targeting all those problem areas that we wish were firmer! Strength work is so important as we get older and resistance tubes are ideal for this class.
Legs Bums and Tums runs every Tuesday evening 6.30pm at Civic Hall. All equipment is provided and lots of modifications are given by Helen, our very experienced instructor.
