I am offering an Unlimited Class Pass for May for £36.  Come along to as many Fitness Vibe Classes at Civic Hall, Cottingham throughout May for £36.  Represents excellent value.  If you attend three times a week it works out approx £2.57 per class, for four times it works out approx £1.89 per class and five times – well that’s just £1.56 per class! – bargain!  Please note loyalty cards no longer apply when using the pass.

We have recently had some fresh new branding done which compliments the website beautifully.  I am really pleased with the artwork and love the colours and images.  However our new loyalty cards had a slight error on them when they went to print.

So thinking of Easter and Easter egg hunts – can you spot the mistake on the back of the loyalty card?  Message me the answer!  All correct answers will be put into a prize draw to win a free Fitnss Vibe T shirt..  Can you see it?  Good Luck everyone x

I will be posting a couple of “Foodie Friday” posts on social media and here on the website each month.  Here is a simple easy to make recipe for Spicy Lentil & Tomato Soup which was kindly given by my dear friend Denise x.

Tomatoes 225g

Lentils 100g

Tomato Juice 300ml

Vegetable Stock 900ml

Marmite 2.5ml

Sprig of Thyme, Salt & Pepper to taste.
