It’s that time of year again. Once again we are having a fun, strictly sweepstake. This year we have 105 of us in the sweepstake which is amazing!

By now you should all have received a WhatsApp message letting you know which group you are in from 1 – 15. A live draw was done at our Strictly Fitsteps class on Friday 22nd September to match the groups with the celebrities. Check out the graphic in this post to see which celebrity you have drawn.

The first draw to take place will be the first celebrity to be knocked out. If this is your group you will receive £20.

Once again we are having our fun Strictly Sweepstake to run along the popular TV series. It’s £5 to enter, you can pay by cash or card at any Fitness Vibe classes and you have until Thursday 21st September to enter. We opened the sweepstake on Friday 15th September and have already had 50 of us taking part on the first day which is great!

Your celebrity will be chosen at random and as usual there are 3 draws taking place – 1st celebrity to be knocked out, 1st celebrity to score a perfect 10 and finally the celebrity to become the 2023 champion.

You will be placed in a group from 1 – 15 and receive a text letting you know which group you are in. I will do a live video letting you know which celebrity each group has drawn on Friday 22nd September. I will also post the information on social media and here on the website.

Nine months into the year. September is a great time to get back to your fitness regime. The kids are back at school and perhaps it’s time to do something for you again.

There are lots of classes to choose from so hopefully you will find one to fit in with your week.

Let’s carry on the good work everyone. We might as well train until September…October…November!

The weather looks to be really warm during the month of September. Luckily we have our trusty fans to keep us cool and comfortable at all our indoor Fitness Vibe classes so you bee cool and comfortable.

Please remember to stay hydrated and wear loose comfortable clothing during the hot weather.
