On the last Wednesday of the month we have our Zumba Gold lunch in the bar area at the Civic Hall. Open to all class participants that day. This month we are having our lunch on Wednesday 28th February from 11.30am.

The chef Andy does a light lunch of sandwiches, crips and salad with tea/coffee/hot chocolate at a discounted price of £4.50 or you can simply have coffee/tea an cake for £2.50

I am taking names now of those of you who want to stay for lunch so please get in touch with me. Adele and Jean will take payment on the day by cash or card at reception.

Lets get together for lunch and a chat with your friends after class everyone.

It’s our Fitness Vibe 13th Anniversary on March 3rd 2024. To celebrate we are having a Fintness Vibe Quiz night on Friday 22nd March at the Civic Hall, Cottingham 7.15pm – 10.30pm.

Open to all Fitness Vibe class members and their family and friends. Papas of Willerby will be serving Fish and Chips supper on the evening. We have Ian Start as our Quiz master, there will also be a raffle and a bar on the evening.

The tickets will be on sale at £14 from Monday 12th February available to purchase at any Fitness Vibe classes.
