Are you in this year’s Strictly Sweepstake?  You should have received a text stating which group you have been allocated.  There are 15 groups which represent the 15 celebrities in this years show.   I carried out a live draw on social media to assign each celebrity to a group.

There are three draws taking place.  The first draw takes place when the first couple is eliminated from the show, if this is your group you will receive £10 each.  The second draw takes place when the first couple scores a perfect 10!  The final draw take place when the winning couple picks up that glitter ball!

It’s that time of year again – who will pick up the glitter ball?  For a bit of fun, once again we are running a Strictly Sweepstake.  If you would like to join in please bring your £3 to any Fitness Vibe class before Wednesday 25th September.   You will find out which celebrity you have drawn on Friday 27th September.

Zumba girls on tour Costa Blanca 2019!  Had a wonderful time last week when five of us travelled to Alicante, Costa Blanca.  I had the opportunity to teach a bit of Fitsteps in La Marina with the fabulous Cindy Van Asperan.  Cindy is very interested in teaching the Fitsteps programme and hopes to now do the live training in the UK and include it in her weekly schedule.  We also had the chance to try out Aqua Zumba with the lovely Angie Nichols in Quesada.

The weather was amazing and we all had such a lovely time.  Managed to fit lots of walking in too!  Hopefully we will make a date for next year again x
