Two years ago on 16th March 2020 we were all shocked when our exercise classes were forced to close due to the first lockdown. I was very saddened and stressed when this happened and missed you all terribly. The classes were very intermittent for the next couple of years during the lockdown rules.
We are now in a position to reclaim the privilege to join group exercise classes as we wish. Group exercise classes have so many benefits. You get to exercise with like minded people, you meet new friends, feel supported and encouraged, it’s great for your mental health and wellbeing.
I’m so pleased we are now fully up and running and all together again.
