What a fabulous turn out for our first Strictly Fitsteps class in Willerby on Monday 18th March. I was really shocked as I did not know what sort of numbers to expect at all. It was such a lovely surprise to see all those ladies turn up to have a look at what Strictly Fitsteps is all about.
This new Strictly Fitsteps class will run every Monday morning 9.30am-10.15am at Willerby Methodist Church, Carr Lane. I am running an additional class at 10.30am – 11.15am just for the next two weeks Monday 25th March and Monday 1st April whilst new ladies are coming to have a look at the class. We will then be going back to just the one original time slot of 9.30am – 10.15am with effect from Monday 8th April. Please park in the Willerby Square car park next to Sainsbury’s or park in the nearby area? There is a lovely coffee shop on site for a catch up with your friends after class.
Strictly Fisteps is a dance fitness class created by the Strictly stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite from the popular TV series. It combines the Latin and ballroom worlds into a workout that is “strictly” fun. You will learn genuine authentic ballroom steps as seen on strictly, dancing to music traditional and new. It’s great fun and calorie burning at the same time!
One of the best things about Strictly Fitsteps is you don’t have to have had any dance experience and it’s a solo dance fitness class – no partner requried.
So why not pop along to either this Willerby class or our Cottingham Strictly Fitsteps class which runs every Friday morning 10.30am – 11.15am at Cottingham Civic Hall.
Time to sparkle!
