It’s no coincidence that LBT (legs, bums and tums) is one of the most popular classes, standing the test of time. It does what it says on the tin, targeting all those problem areas we wish were firmer!

LBT started in the early 90’s; it’s an oldie but a true classic. It’s remained a firm favourite for one reason only, it works! If you’re looking for results, or hoping to “feel the burn”, this fun-filled, social class could be just right for you.

Feel the burn with this fun-filled, social class.

What can you expect?

Starting with a warm up, we quickly move on to our toning exercises. Legs and bums are in for real workout with lunges, squats, leg raises and resistance band exercises. We also throw in a few upper-body exercises with hand weights for good measure.

The remainder of the session focuses on abdominals – be sure to expect curl ups, crunches, planks and more! We promise repetition of exercises, building up how long you can do them each time. At LBT you can work at your own level, with modifications given throughout and no impact at all, but we make sure you see results!
