This week is our ‘Meet The Team’ week, giving you the chance to find out a little bit about us!

Up first is Adele Robinson.  (It’s also her birthday today so join me in wishing her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!)

Adele is Katrina’s younger sister and will welcome you when you arrive at the classes.  She does all the day to day admin for Fitness Vibe.  Adele is a Civil Servant but also runs a family business with her partner Phil.  She is mum to Lydia who many of you will know as she often helps us out at our Xmas party.  Lots of Adele’s free time is taken up by doggy daycare and she has rehomed a number of our four legged friends.

Although she is a sucker for a canine sob story, you won’t get past her without handing over your £4.30!
