I will be teaching a morning class on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August at Church of Ascension, Calvert Road from 11am – 11.45am. The style will be a low impact dance fitness class. It’s nice and early so you can get your exercise done, catch up with your class friends and then carry on with your bank holiday plans.
Please remember there is no evening Zumba Class that evening.

The weather didn’t stop us having our annual Fitness Gold “picnic” buffet lunch on Monday 4th August. Even though we had to stay indoors we all had a lovely time.
The buffet was excellent yet again thanks to Vicki at Saving Thyme Buffet Catering Hull. Fantastic service as always.
