A group of Fitness Vibe ladies attended the 3 day Ribby Hall Fitness Weekend in Lancashire. This is an annual event open to all, so if you fancy joining us next year – the more the merrier! We all had a great time trying out all the new Fitness Classes such as Ballet Barre, Pound, Sosa, K Popz, Beatz, Tapfit and much more! I can’t believe we attended 5 sessions a day! I think the Barre Mix class was one of our favourite classes Jean, Alison and Catherine are featured here ready to start. A great social weekend with great company and a little too much prosecco!

Twinkly Lights
We have all enjoyed the Twinkly Lights backdrop on the Civic Hall stage this week. The lights are on loan from the Big Country gig. All the hall users at the Civic Hall agree how great they look and I am pleased to say the Trust are now considering purchasing something similar as soon as possible.

Lots of Fitness Vibe ladies enjoyed a fabulous evening with the Frankie Valley tribute band “Walk like a man” at Civic Hall Cottingham on Saturday 21st April. Congratulations to the Cottingham Village Trust for organising such a great event. Walk like a man are fresh from performing in the UK’s West End show “The Jersey Boys” at the Prince Edward Theatre. A fantastic tribute to Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons. Everyone really enjoyed the show and are looking forward to the return visit next year.

Wow! It’s great that BBC Look North (Yorkshire) have picked up the video of “Nick the train driver” doing our Fitsteps Paso Doble as featured on social media. Is Nick possibly getting into training to join us at our Strictly Fitsteps classes? You can see Debs, myself and all the lovely Fever Fitness ladies on the platform at Scawby Mills near Scarborough. Debs surprise 60th birthday!
It was my dear friend Debs Horsham-Batleys 60th Birthday on Wednesday 18th April. To celebrate her Fever Fitness ladies organised a surprise event on the North Yorkshire Railway platform. Debs arrived to see everyone dancing on the platform. To see the look on her face was priceless! and the 90+ women all there to support her and who all love her x Such a fabulous night x
Fitness Gold Day Trip
On Tuesday 10th April my lovely Fitness Gold ladies had a day trip to the coast. We picked up the mini bus in the church car park and had a lovely day out with a spot of lunch and some retail therapy. We all managed to grab our self a few bargains. Perfect x
