A group of Fitness Vibe ladies attended the 3 day Ribby Hall Fitness Weekend in Lancashire. This is an annual event open to all, so if you fancy joining us next year – the more the merrier! We all had a great time trying out all the new Fitness Classes such as Ballet Barre, Pound, Sosa, K Popz, Beatz, Tapfit and much more! I can’t believe we attended 5 sessions a day! I think the Barre Mix class was one of our favourite classes Jean, Alison and Catherine are featured here ready to start. A great social weekend with great company and a little too much prosecco!
