If you are missing your exercise classes I may have a solution for you?  Some of your favourite classes are now available as videos on a weekly basis through the Fitness Vibe website.  All you need to do is register in the video section of the website, I will then give you access to the videos.  Each video can be used as many times as you like within a 7 day period and is great value at £4 a video.  The Fitness Vibe team were busy filming at the Civic Hall, Cottingham last week and the new release of videos are now available to you.  If you think your family and friends could benefit from the videos please pass on my details to them.

It’s easy to access your videos and pay direct in the website, it’s just like shopping on amazon!  However if you would prefer to pay by bank transfer/payment link or cheque and you would like me to set your videos up for you ready to play direct in the website, that can easily be arranged.  Please contact me if you would like me to do this for you on 07910 797527 or email katrina@fitness-vibe.co.uk
