What a lovely surprise when Alison Richards turned up at my house yesterday with these gorgeous flowers, and bubbly.  Wednesday 3rd March is my 10 year Fitness Vibe Anniversary.  I had such big plans to celebrate in style with you all, but then everything changed of course.  Thank you ladies, this has really cheered me up in lieu of what I would have done in normal circumstances.

We will make up for it and have a fabulous celebration later in the year when we can all be back together again.
