It’s Fitness Vibe’s 12th anniversary on 3rd March 2023. To celebrate we once again held a charity Quiz night at the Civic Hall, Cottingham.

The tickets sold out in just 7 days with 140 people coming along on the evening. Ian Start the chairman of Cottingham Village Trust was our Quiz Master and did an excellent job on the evening. Papas restaurant did the catering and did a table service with a fabulous fish and chip supper.

The raffle was amazing and I would like to thank all the local Cottingham business owners who kindly donated the raffle prizes. Special thanks also go to the volunteers who helped out on the evening.

Some of the questions were quite hard and they really got the brain working! The winning team was ” The horseman and his fillies”, runners up were “The Pendants’ Revolt”, third place went to “The Business”. I think we all really enjoyed ourselves and it was a chance to get together with our class members and their friends and family.

All money raised from the Quiz will be going direct to the Cottingham Village Trust to maintain the Civic Hall and keep it in the hands of the local community. I will let you know the final figure raised from the event as soon as possible.
