Our last Legs Bums & Tums Class of the Year took place on Tuesday 19th December. Smaller in numbers like you would expect but as usual Helen our Instructor kept every one in good spirits with her fantastic sense of humour! Thank you Helen for your expertise and year long commitment to this group. There is now a loyal following with this Tuesday evening shaping and toning class.

Legs Bums and Tums starts again on Tuesday 9th January 2024 at Civic Hall, Cottingham 6.30pm.
