Here’s a picture of our last Fitness Gold Keep Fit Class of the year taken on Monday 11th December. This lovely established group meet every Monday morning 11am at the Church of Ascension, Calvert Road. New members are most welcome and you are guaranteed a very warm welcome from this lovely group.

Fitness Gold is a great way to start your week! Classes start again on Monday 8th January 2024 at the Church of Ascension, Calvert Road 11am.
