Wow!  It’s great that BBC Look North (Yorkshire) have picked up the video of “Nick the train driver” doing our Fitsteps Paso Doble as featured on social media.  Is Nick possibly getting into training to join us at our Strictly Fitsteps classes?   You can see Debs, myself and all the lovely Fever Fitness ladies on the platform at Scawby Mills near Scarborough.  It was such a fantastic evening celebrating my dear friend Debs Horsham-Batleys surprise 60th birthday.  Special thanks to Carol Boyes for all the organising x

It was my dear friend Debs Horsham-Batleys 60th Birthday on Wednesday 18th April.  To celebrate her Fever Fitness ladies organised a surprise event on the North Yorkshire Railway platform.  Debs arrived to see everyone dancing on the platform.  To see the look on her face was priceless! and the 90+ women all there to support her and who all love her x  Such a fabulous night x

On Tuesday 10th April my lovely Fitness Gold ladies had a day trip to the coast.  We picked up the mini bus in the church car park and had a lovely day out with a spot of lunch and some retail therapy.  We all managed to grab our self a few bargains.  Perfect x

I am planning the playlist for next week. As it’s St Patricks day this weekend I am thinking how would you like me to pop a couple of Irish tracks in the playlist? Irish Stew, Whiskey in the jar, Tel me ma? Hope you can all join me on Monday to celebrate St Patricks Day x

Thanks to everyone who turned up today to have their picture taken for the launch of “Fitness Gold” the new senior keep fit class.  You all did great.  Thanks to Mick Lickiss for doing the photographs at such short notice.  I hope they turn out really well x

Wow!  It’s Fitness Vibes 7^th anniversary today March 3^rd.  Thanks to all of you who have been part of our Fitness Vibe family for the past 7 years, I am so grateful for your support.  I am in the process of planning a social event for us all to enjoy.  Here’s to another 7 years x

How great it is going into the weekend knowing that the Civic Hall has been saved and is now been run by Cottingham Village Trust. I would just like to say a massive well done to the Trust who have done so well in their first week. Thanks for all your efforts.
