Thank you so much Louise for covering our Fitsteps class. Louise is a former class member who is now a fully qualified Fitsteps Instructor. Thanks to all the ladies in the class that night who made Louise feel so welcome.

This Valentine’s Day we are giving you the chance to bring your partner to our Strictly Come Dancing Fitsteps class on Wednesday 14th February at 6.30pm for FREE! Now that’s romance!

From tomorrow until Saturday you can see Tango Moderno starring Vincent and Flavia at the Hull New Theatre. So if you’re already missing your Strictly fix then why not pop along to the Strictly Fitsteps classes every Wednesday evening and Friday morning?

Very honoured to appear in the latest issue of 24Seven Lifestyle Magazine this month. You can grab yourself a FREE copy from shops like M&S. Morrison’s Anlaby, Sainsbury’s Hessle and Tesco’s Hull City Centre. Be lovely to hear your thoughts on it in class sometime!

I’d like to introduce you to Cathy who is one of our regular class members attending four Fitness Vibe Classes a week. Since November, Cathy has been collecting jumpers for the Homeless and Rootless charity and what you can see in the photo is what has come in since Christmas. It really is just a small fraction of the five car loads that Cathy was able to pass on. Thanks to everybody at our classes who have donated jumpers to the charity!

Congratulations to Heather who won our recent competition. I asked you to like and share the post of our lovely cover teacher Gaynor modelling the Fitness vIbe Hoodie (shown here) and in return the winner would receive a free Hoodie worth £25. Our lucky class member Heather was the lucky winner the draw took place at our Strictly Fitsteps Class on Friday 26th January. Thank you so much to everyone who donated their left over chocolate from Christmas. We had a great response and by handing it over it helps us to get on the right track to a leaner, fitter, healthier version of you! I can assure you that all the chocolate donated has gone to Hull Outreach Centre for the Homeless. They will be made into hot, sweet puddings at their soup kitchen at St Marys church, Lowgate or they will be handed out as pack-ups for the homeless. Thank you so much, all in aid of a worthwhile charity x

Whoop Whoop! Fitness Vibe is featured in the February edition of the 24seven lifestyle magazine. There is a full page article covering our classes and the recent National Community Fitness awards. It is out on Friday 2nd February. Please try and get a copy if you can. It’s a free glossy magazine covering west hull villages and supermarkets. Fantastic publicity for us, I am so pleased.

A group of us are going to Ribby Hall Fitness Weekend in Lancashire on 27th April. It’s a 3 day break doing lots of fitness classes with all the leading brands. The cost is around £170 and we are trying to cut costs by self-catering, taking lots of food and Prosecco of course! If you fancied popping along give me a call or message me or have a word with me at our classes.
