Had a lovely Christmas celebration lunch on Thursday 13th December with Fitness Gold group.  We all had a Christmas lunch at the Priory Inn, Priory Road.

If anyone would like to join this friendly traditional Keep Fit class we meet every Monday morning at the Church of Asension, Calvert/Priory Road 10.30am – 11.15am.  New members are most welcome.  Merry Chrismas from Fitness Gold group!
