We had such a large turnout for our last Zumba Gold class of the year that took place on Wednesday 20th December. Look at this lovely picture with all the smiling faces!

Zumba Gold is the low impact, low intensity, latin inspired, dance fitness class. Ideal for “mature movers” and those new or returning to exercise, including beginnners.

Zumba Gold starts our 2024 classes again and will be staring on Wednesday 3rd January 2024 in the main hall at Civic Hall 10.30am.
