On Monday 18th December we had our Fitness Gold Christmas Lunch at The Priory Inn, Calvert Road. There were 45 of us in total. The food was lovely and the staff coped really well with such a large group. They even gave us bottles of prosecco as a gesture too!

May I take this opportunity to thank all my Fitness Gold ladies who contributed to my Christmas Gift. I intend to pop into the town centre after the holiday period and treat myself to something nice. Thanks again.

So our Fitness Gold keep fit group meet every Monday morning 11am at the Church of Ascension, Calvert Road. New members are most welcome. You are guaranteed a warm welcome from this lovely established group of ladies.

Fitness Gold class starts again on Monday 8th January 2024.
