January 17th is the “Ditch your New Year’s resolution day”.  What’s your resolution for 2019?  Take a trip?  Find a new job?  If your New Year’s resolution is to keep fit and healthy then don’t do it!   I know it’s not easy but try to keep focused and motivated and join me in the process to become a leaner, fitter, healthier you!  Come along to one of our fun, enjoyable Fitness Vibe classes.  There is lots to choose from traditional keep-fit, body conditioning classes to fun dance-based Zumba and Strictly Fitsteps classes.  Have a look at the the different classes under “class info” on this website.  We are a very friendly group and you will be made to feel very welcome x
