How great it is going into the weekend knowing that the Civic Hall has been saved and is now been run by Cottingham Village Trust. I would just like to say a massive well done to the Trust who have done so well in their first week. Thanks for all your efforts.

We will be running a retro week week commencing Monday 5th March to celebrate our Fitness Vibe 7th anniversary.  Lots of old retro tracks in the playlist.  Let me know your favorite tracks.

Today is a very special day. After 18 months the keys for the Civic Hall have now been handed over to the Cottingham Village Trust. Many hours of hard work has gone on behind the scenes. This is such a great result. Please remember the trust need your support to make this a success.

Thank you so much Louise for covering our Fitsteps class. Louise is a former class member who is now a fully qualified Fitsteps Instructor. Thanks to all the ladies in the class that night who made Louise feel so welcome.
