The details we hold.

When registering with our services we ask you to volunteer your name, email and mobile/contact details along with the PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire).

Why we collect this data.

Our aim at Fitness Vibe is to provide you with the best possible service.

We ask for your mobile number so we can contact you about any last minute cancellations or changes in class schedule. Simply text back STOP should you wish to opt out of this service.

We ask for your email so we can contact you about future events, new classes, offers and competitions that we think may be of interest to you. You will always have the option to unsubscribe from every email.

How we store data.

Names, mobile phone numbers and email addresses are stored on a database on a computer which is password protected.

Registration forms/PARQ are stored in a locked filing cabinet.

When you make a purchase from our website we receive your name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, your email address and your IP address. Contact details entered on our website through purchasing goods or services are stored on a password protected database on a web server.

Any details entered for marketing purposes such as email newsletters are stored on a third party password protected server for the sole use of maintaining that service by us.

We do not store or share financial information.

Sharing information.

We will never sell or share your personnel details to any third party unless legally required to do so by law.

Your legal right to withdraw.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.
